Grid vacuum tables

A grid table is ideal for machining simple to complex workpieces and gives you a high level of precision with the added flexibility vacuum clamping tables provide.

In order to maintain a high level of clamping force with complex parts sealing cord is positioned close to openings and recesses to minimise any vacuum loss.

For smaller workpieces the addition of a PVC mat ensures a secure and strong hold during machining.

Lateral port - Made from thermoplastic PLA our heavily tested and rigid 3D printed connector port can be supplied in a range of sizes; 25 mm (1"), 32 mm (1.25") and 38 mm (1.5").

Cost effective - The slimline series means you don't have to use a vacuum pump with a high airflow to achieve results in fact a shop vacuum cleaner is likely to be enough.

Heated Vacuum Tables for Paper, Film, Foils and Plastics

Our heated vacuum tables combine a flat heated aluminium surface with vacuum hold-down, creating reliable contact between the workpiece and the table surface for thermal bonding, curing, laminating, coating and plastic processing applications.

The HT heated vacuum table series is designed for thin and flexible materials where even surface contact and controlled heating are important. Typical applications include rapid curing of paints, inks and resins, as well as printing, laminating, coating and processing modern plastics.
